In 2004, I started working with renowned Houston photography studio. I began to specialize in Digital Retouch Artistry and became instantly intrigued by photography. 
 
My tenacious drive for success is the fire that runs my business, and my keen eye for little details drives my photography vision. Since opening up Carolyn Marie Photography I have photographed many weddings, parties, and events. I am the Official Photographer for The Marine Corps Ball, Cheesecakes by Jon, and I have been featured in Psychology Today, The Heights, the Daily Cougar, and Wallis News Review. I have also photographed Council Woman, Wanda Sykes, Professional Dancers, Musicians, and non-profit organizations such as Houston Area Women's Center, The Health Museum, The Awty School and Child Advocates.
 
I specialize in capturing life's precious moments, whether it's big or small. I love capturing the bond between people of all ages and sizes. My focus is on journalistic style of photography; I limit the number of posed images and rather emphasize the giggles, tears and passion of my clients.
